Getting to the clinic
Our clinic is on Yonge Street in Richmond Hill, an easy drive from Highway 404, Highway 7 and Major Mackenzie Drive. On-site parking means you do not have to circle the block before your appointment. If you travel by transit, YRT and Viva routes run along Yonge Street, with stops a short walk from our door.
When you arrive, come in through the main entrance and follow the hallway to Unit 101. Our reception team will check you in and get you settled in our comfortable waiting lounge.
Running late or stuck in traffic? Give us a quick call so we can adjust your appointment if possible. If you are coming for a longer treatment, plan for parking time and bring headphones or a book for any short wait. Parents are welcome to stay with children during their visit.

Before you visit
New patients can save time by arriving about 10 minutes early with photo ID, insurance information and a list of medications. If you have recent X-rays from another clinic, we can request them so you do not need to repeat them.

If you need help after hours
If you have a dental problem when the clinic is closed, leave a message at 647-362-4755 or send an email and we will contact you as soon as we open. For pain, rinse with warm salt water and use over-the-counter pain relief as directed on the package. Keep a knocked-out tooth moist in milk and call first thing. If swelling affects your breathing, swallowing or vision, or you have a high fever, go to the nearest emergency department.
