Your first appointment is about getting to know you and your smile. We take time to review your health history, listen to any concerns and explain what we see in clear, simple language. We review your medical history, medications and any past dental experiences, good or bad.
Comprehensive exam

X-rays and photos

What does the first visit include?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive exam, the X-rays you need, intraoral photos or 3D scans where appropriate, a professional cleaning and a free take-home whitening kit.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by calling 647-362-4755.
Will my insurance be billed?
Yes, we bill most dental insurance plans directly for the exam, X-rays and cleaning. We can also help if you are covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
Is the take-home whitening kit safe?
Take-home whitening is safe when used as directed after an exam confirms your teeth and gums are healthy. We will explain how to use it and how long to wear it.
How long is the first appointment?
Plan for about 60 to 90 minutes so we have time for your exam, X-rays, cleaning and any questions.
