Booking a dental emergency

If you have severe tooth pain, facial swelling, a broken tooth or a tooth that has been knocked out, please call us at 647-362-4755 instead of using the form, so we can triage you right away. For a knocked-out adult tooth, gently rinse it, try to place it back in the socket or keep it in milk, and come in as quickly as you can. Time matters for saving the tooth.

If you have swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or a high fever with facial swelling, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Insurance and payment

We accept most dental insurance plans and submit claims electronically. For larger treatment such as crowns, implants or Invisalign, we can send a predetermination so you know your coverage before you commit. We also see patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan. If you do not have insurance, ask about payment options when you book, and we will give you a written estimate before any treatment starts.

Booking for children and seniors

Children can have their first visit by their first birthday. For seniors or patients with mobility needs, let us know when you book so we can plan extra time and help.

Feeling nervous about the dentist?

You are not alone. Many of our patients have not seen a dentist in years because of anxiety, busy schedules or a bad past experience. There is no judgement here. When you book, mention that you feel nervous and we will plan a longer first visit with time to talk before anything happens. We explain each step before we start, agree on a hand signal so you can pause any time, and focus on comfort, from gentle freezing to headphones and a warm blanket. Most patients tell us the visit was much easier than they expected.
